Ben Glatzer, who most recently served as Vice President, Executive Search at All Medical Personnel in Hollywood, founded All Medical Personnel’s executive search division in 2012. While at All Medical Personnel, he expanded the division to a team of seven, successfully placing hundreds of professionals within hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, clinics and health plans nationwide.

Prior to All Medical Personnel, Glatzer owned and operated a permanent placement healthcare recruiting business, CareSearchers, which Glatzer reformed upon his departure from All Medical Personnel. Glatzer has meaningfully contributed to placing on a direct hire permanent basis executive talent who had started new trauma programs for hospitals, remediated Department of Justice deficiencies from Miami-Dade’s correctional facilities, started Medicare Advantage health plans, and made health systems safer with quality leaders.

At CareSearchers, Glatzer will focus on supplying managerial and leadership talent for health systems and managed care organizations looking to build an existing business line, start a new business or turnaround an existing business line. Clients include short term acute care hospitals, long term acute care hospitals, health systems, health plans, Medicare Advantage plans and accountable care organizations nationwide and leaders with proven experience in population health, value-based contracting, risk adjustment, value analysis, supply chain, quality management, utilization management or cost containment initiatives.

Mr. Glatzer has over 20 years of business development, sales, production management and marketing experience with All Medical Personnel, CareSearchers, Goldman Sachs and several of H. Wayne Huizenga’s companies in South Florida. In his experience with these firms, Mr. Glatzer learned valuable business principles, such as: clients’ interests always come first, take great pride in the professional quality of work, and that integrity and honesty are at the heart of business.

Mr. Glatzer was born and raised in Plantation, Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Mr. Glatzer currently resides in Coconut Grove, Florida with his wife, Marissa and two children, Hannah and Talia.
