Ben Glatzer leads CareSearchers, a boutique healthcare executive search firm focused on private equity buy-and-build strategies, turnarounds, startups and growing healthcare organizations.
Before relaunching CareSearchers, Ben served as Vice President of Executive Search at All Medical Personnel, where he founded and built the company’s executive search division. Across his career, he has recruited hundreds of C-suite through director-level leaders for private equity-backed healthcare companies, hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical services, laboratories and clinics.
His placement experience includes executives who have built and exited substantial healthcare businesses, launched trauma programs, scaled sponsor-backed platforms, led large finance organizations, created Medicare Advantage plans and expanded clinical research networks.
